Senior Cloud Risk & Controls Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist risk and control insight.
• Lead continuous improvement of the control environment and risk monitoring, including behaviours.
• Advise on and design processes and controls that are commercially viable, practical, and effective.
• Apply cloud technology controls knowledge (technology/data, SDLC, deployment controls), either directly or via 1/2/3 LoD control management.
• Utilise Data/IT/Operations risk management expertise.
• Apply operational resilience, cybersecurity, and IT risk framework knowledge.
• Implement Non-Financial Risk (NFR) framework understanding and experience.
• Engage in senior stakeholder management (trusted adviser, influencing, partnering).
• Conduct risk and control reviews, including assessment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
