What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding debt.
• Proactively chase payments and ensure timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries efficiently.
• Prioritise collections and work closely with internal stakeholders.
• Produce aged debt reports and provide updates to management.
• Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month‑end and year‑end processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicating via phone and email.
• Proactive and detail‑driven.
• Experienced in credit control and collections.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
