What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding debt.
- Proactively chase payments and ensure timely collections.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries efficiently.
- Prioritise collections and work closely with internal stakeholders.
- Produce aged debt reports and provide updates to management.
- Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month‑end and year‑end processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident communicating via phone and email.
- Proactive and detail‑driven.
- Experienced in credit control and collections.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
