Financial Controller – Hybrid, Lead 20‑Person SSC Finance

Pinpoint Resourcing is looking for a Financial Controller to join a PE backed business in High Wycombe on a permanent basis. This role involves leading finance operations and ensuring accurate supplier transactions while maintaining financial integrity.

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with relevant experience in PE or VC environments. The position offers a salary between £75,000 and £85,000, along with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days from home.
