Strategic Financial Controller – Reporting & Compliance

Occupop is seeking an experienced Financial Controller in Hertfordshire, England to lead financial reporting and support strategic decision-making. The role includes overseeing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with over 5 years of PQE, possessing strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems, particularly Xero. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
