Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Job title: ANP/ACP. Location: CGH Partnership, Basingstoke. Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience. Hours: 24.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support delivery of policy and procedures and provide nurse leadership as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse, advancing clinical practice and working towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferred to have level 7 (MSc) Practitioner status; applicants with accreditation or MSc courses to ACP status may also be considered.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
