Your Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex needs
- Develop and support delivery of specialist care including tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with policies and Nursing and Midwifery Council guidance
- Administer medications safely in line with prescribed guidelines and best practice
- Uphold and promote the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, ensuring care is safe, effective, caring, and responsive
- Monitor and report clinical risks and adverse events in line with governance procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support both clinical care and patient wellbeing, including social engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high standards of clinical care and continuous development
- Interest in or experience with complex care
- Experience in neuro rehabilitation environment
- Awareness and understanding of current neuro health issues
