Position: Engineering Manager

Location: KeighleyPay: £50KShift: Monday to FridayHours: 37 hours per week

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing all maintenance activities for a fleet of buses, including servicing, inspections, and repairs
• Ensuring vehicles consistently meet regulatory standards and achieve high MOT pass rates
• Managing a team of engineers, body repair specialists, and electricians
• Planning shifts and organising on-call cover
• Maintaining full compliance with operator licensing requirements
• Promoting and enforcing health, safety, and workshop standards

What we need from you

• A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent, such as City & Guilds qualifications)
• A full driving licencePrevious experience working within the Automotive Sector.
• Prior Managerial/Supervisory Experience in the Automotive Sector
