Field Service Engineer, MRI Medical Imaging in Birmingham

Position: Field Service Engineer – MRI Medical Imaging

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service, repair and maintenance for a range of advanced MRI imaging systems.
• Conduct on‑site diagnostics, troubleshoot issues and schedule parts and service intervals.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Offer customers guidance on best practices, preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

Required Experience & Skills

• Solid background in field service or technical support within a medical imaging environment.
• Extensive experience repairing MRI medical imaging systems.
• Minimum of ONC or HNC (Higher National Certificate) in electronics or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer‑facing settings.
