Job Overview
Field Service Engineer – Postcode BT, Permanent, Full‑time, located in Northern Ireland – GBR, United Kingdom (GB).
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Field Service Manager, carry out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.
- Fault finding on breakdown call‑outs and system work repairs.
- Provide customer service excellence at every opportunity.
- Work towards KPIs to support our Sales Department.
- Follow procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales initiatives.
- All activities are supported by a well‑established team of Operational Support Technicians and the training department.
Qualifications
- Hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live locally to the area.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products with effective communication and IT skills.
- Extremely flexible and adaptable approach to exceed customer expectations.
- Highly motivated from a field engineering background, able to balance customer and stakeholder needs for customer service excellence.
- Interest in growing skills to work on emerging future technologies such as renewable and commercial products.
