Job Description
Glenelly Infrastructure solutions are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor – SPEN Framework to join our Power & Civils Distribution business based in Scotland. The role is mainly based in our Livingston office, but you will also travel to sites and our other office in Kilmarnock for meetings.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Work alongside the Commercial Team.
- Build Bills of Quantities from project drawings.
- Ensure timely and accurate commercial reporting of the framework.
- Generate and issue purchase orders.
- Assess and process subcontract payments.
- Handle client invoicing.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure the overall financial success of the framework.
- Competency with SAP.
- Experience in civils/utilities projects or within frameworks and DNO projects is desirable.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Commercial Assistant or Commercial Administrator role.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Enthusiastic candidate keen to build a career as a Quantity Surveyor.
