Role Overview

We are expanding the Electronics team by three and need a Senior Electronics Engineer with at least four years of experience, including RF design at 10 GHz or above. This role offers a chance to make a real impact from day one—staying hands‑on with development while shaping the electronics function of a fast‑moving company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own RF design projects at 10 GHz and above.
• Engage in hands‑on development, board bring‑up, and system integration.
• Collaborate proactively with cross‑functional teams to drive project ownership and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of electronics design experience.
• Recent experience with RF projects.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with ownership of projects.

Desired Additional Skills

• Start‑up experience.
• Antennas and high‑speed design.
• Low‑speed analogue and radar technologies.
• Board bring‑up and power supply design.
• Embedded software skills for board bring‑up.
• SPICE/HFSS analysis, distributed filters.

Location & Compensation

Position: Senior Electronics Engineer with RFLocation: Cambridge – walking distance from the train stationSalary: £70,000 to £140,000 + equity, with relocation support.
