Job Description
A great opportunity for an established Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a major contractor in the Education sector. The company has an enviable workload, with projects ranging from £20m to £100m in value.
Responsibilities
- Advise on financial feasibility of projects at early stages.
- Assess returns from subcontractors and award work packages.
- Monitor and measure actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure through CVR reporting.
- Collate information from the team and produce accurate financial reports.
Qualifications
Experience managing teams delivering new and refurbishment/extension projects in South London and Kent.
Proven record working on two‑stage bids and recent relevant experience in a tier‑one contracting environment.
Confidence and drive to work with clients’ teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders.
Ability to motivate and mentor team members and junior staff.
