About the role

A leading housing developer delivering new‑build homes in the North West region needs an experienced Sales Consultant to support their team on site in Rochdale from 21/05/2026 to 31/05/2026. The Sales Executive will secure the sale of new homes and achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets, using sales tools, promotions and incentives to manage all sales proceedings and keep customers fully informed throughout the buying process.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with customers, assessing their particular needs, showing them around show homes and explaining building issues and regulations
• Ensuring that H & S procedures are followed with regards to visitors and sales access into the construction area of the development
• Attending meetings with others involved in the sales and building process
• Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and mortgage advisors to ensure exchange of contract deadlines are met
• Keeping contact with purchasers and maintaining good relationships with them
• Achieving excellent mystery shop feedback
• Carrying out inspections, customer demonstrations and handovers
• Ensuring all administrative records are kept up to date
• Conducting market research with competitors and keeping up to date with market changes

Requirements

• Suitable applicants must have a sales background with experience in a similar role within the new homes industry
• Must be courteous and professional at all times, organised, self‑motivated, honest, trustworthy and a willing team player who can contribute immediately in a busy and fast‑moving sales environment
• Must have access to personal transport and a clean driving licence
