- Develop and validate analytical methods, including for GMP environments.
- Translate experimental findings into clear scientific recommendations for clients and external partners.
Project Ownership
- Lead scientific work packages, managing timelines and ensuring delivery of high‑quality data packages.
- Balance multiple experimental projects while maintaining scientific rigor and operational efficiency.
Capability & Team Development
- Introduce new lab techniques, instrumentation, and best practices to strengthen team capability.
- Mentor junior scientists in hands‑on laboratory methods and scientific problem‑solving.
- Support the establishment of pre‑formulation and early formulation experimental workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
External Representation & Client Engagement
- Present scientific work at conferences, client meetings, and workshops.
- Support business development by showcasing the team’s Materials Science and Characterisation capabilities both internally and externally.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, acting as a technical expert.
