About the Role
We are seeking a talented full-time Senior Sales Operations Executive to join our team. This role will report to the Marketing Operations Director and will be based at our Random42 offices in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a talent for process optimisation, and the ability to act as the subject matter expert for our key sales technologies. You will be a proactive, organized, and meticulous individual who can thrive in a collaborative, group‑wide environment.
Purpose of a Senior Operations Executive
As a Senior Sales Operations Executive, you will ensure the sales team is fully supported to win new business. The role includes supporting core sales infrastructure, data governance strategy, and providing key analytics to senior stakeholders. All resources are provided to optimise sales processes and maintain CRM as a reliable source of truth.
Responsibilities
- Manage systems, maintain data integrity, and deliver analytics to optimise performance.
- Architect and oversee the structure of key databases, including Salesforce, to ensure optimal data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage seamless integration between Salesforce and other business‑critical systems such as finance and project management platforms.
- Proactively identify, recommend, and implement new processes and technologies to optimise data management and improve team performance.
- Assure data quality by establishing and enforcing standards for data entry, cleanliness, and relevance across all CRM and integrated platforms.
- Develop and manage strategic data segmentation to enable targeted and effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Analyse business performance by tracking KPIs and delivering timely, accurate reports.
- Provide actionable insights by translating complex data into strategic recommendations for future planning.
- Communicate reports and insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring information is understood and acted upon.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operational and sales data‑related support across The Lockwood Group.
- Build a deep understanding of the industries and client profiles we serve to become an expert on the sales and marketing strategies that drive success.
Essential Skills or Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant sales or marketing operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or marketing (preferred).
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to manage workload and priorities effectively.
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proven experience in a B2B environment.
- Hands‑on experience with a major CRM platform.

Working Location
During the initial 3‑month probation period you will work from our Marylebone office in London five days a week. After successful completion of probation you will be eligible to work two days per week from home based on the hybrid working rota.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 10:00 – 18:00 (35 hours per week plus one‑hour unpaid lunch break). Unless otherwise specified, these will be the contracted hours for the role.
