Internal Sales Executive (French or Spanish Speaking)

£26,500 plus £10k bonus
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently communicate with international clients. Your language skills will play a key role in supporting our clients European customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, nurture and grow relationships with existing customers
- Handle inbound enquiries and order queries
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth end to end service
- Respond to customer emails and provide timely updates
- Maintain CRM records and support account management activity
- Communicate confidently in French or Spanish with international clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We re Looking For
- Fluent in French or Spanish
- Strong customer service or account management background
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer first approach
- Solid IT and systems skills; comfortable using CRM and order processing tools
- Experience in order processing, admin, and email communication
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, driven individual who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results
