In-House Health & Safety Lead — Flexible 2–3 Day Week

Londinium Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join an established and growing commercial refurbishment contractor based in Guildford / London. This new role involves significant autonomy in developing and implementing the company-wide health and safety strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for refining health and safety systems, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance across a variety of projects. Flexible working arrangements (part-time or full-time) are considered, with a competitive salary range of £60,000 to £80,000.
