Alchemy has partnered with an established London based gallery who are looking to bring on an Operations Coordinator to their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate artwork and display requirements for appointments, exhibitions, and gallery presentations.
- Manage stock movements, inventory records, and artwork condition checks.
- Oversee logistics for UK and international shipments, installations, deliveries, and collections.
- Liaise with suppliers, artists’ studios, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Track operational issues and ensure processes are followed accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and wider department.
- Research new suppliers and contribute to process improvements and operations.
- Collaboration across departments.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics or operations within a gallery, auction house, museum, or similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing inventory and records.
- Proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
