Special Projects Manager

At Alchemy we are working with an established London art organisation who are looking to bring on a Special Projects Manager to their collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Logistics in managing complex global client projects.
• Coordinate bespoke shipments, including yacht and remote-location deliveries, with installation projects for private clients.
• Manage project budgets, reporting, and cost tracking.
• Conduct and coordinate global site visits, condition reporting, conservation, framing, and installations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Liaise with interior designers, suppliers, technicians, handlers, and shipping partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain service standards for high-profile private clients.

Key Requirements:

• Flexibility to work across international time zones and travel globally, often at short notice.
• Knowledge of international customs procedures, import/export regulations, tariffs, and global shipping requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, discreet, and experienced in working with UHNW individuals, family offices, and luxury-sector stakeholders.
