You will be based on the client floor, acting as the face of the business, welcoming HNWIs, investors and VIPs. Working on a dual reception, you’ll partner with a highly regarded Reception and you will both be a true testament to the culture of this firm.
The role:
• Be the ultimate ambassador – warm, articulate and impeccably presented
• Deliver a best-in-class front-of-house experience, meeting and greeting visitors
• Manage meeting rooms via Outlook + Teams switchboard
• Run a flawless reception space
• Coordinate meetings, events & town halls
• Set up and clear meeting rooms to exceptional standards
• Manage office supplies, pantry, catering and stationery with a luxury service mindset
• Liaise with suppliers and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office
• Maintain the presentation of a busy, high-end environment
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
You:
• 5–7 years’ experience within investment management reception, combined with a luxury background (5⭐ hotel, premium airline cabin crew or high-end retail)
• Exceptionally well spoken, polished and confident interacting with senior stakeholders
• High-end cabin crew experience is highly desirable
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive with a natural ability to anticipate needs
• Degree educated, quick-thinking and emotionally intelligent
• European languages are a strong advantage
• Calm under pressure with a genuine passion for service
