Building Regulations Principal Designer – Drive Compliance

Brandon James based in Birmingham is seeking a Building Regulations Principal Designer to join their expanding Building Safety team. This role offers a chance to ensure Building Regulation compliance and support projects from design to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in a related field and will be able to provide advice on Building Regulations compliance and design risk management. A salary of £50,000 – £60,000 along with benefits such as 25 days annual leave and pension contribution is offered.
