Senior Enterprise Sales Director – Netherlands
Monta powers the EV charging ecosystem. With 300,000+ monthly users, our platform accelerates electrification of mobility. We are seeking a dynamic professional to accelerate our reach in the SaaS realm and EV charging industry in the Netherlands.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute Monta’s enterprise sales strategy in the Netherlands.
- Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract signature.
- Prospect and close net‑new enterprise customers across energy, mobility, fleet, real estate, and infrastructure verticals.
- Lead senior‑level negotiations using value‑based selling principles.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Monta at industry events and contribute market insights to GTM strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with complex, consultative deal cycles.
- Strong hunter mentality with consistent success generating outbound opportunities.
- Experience selling to C‑level and senior decision‑makers.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT, COM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using AI‑powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI).
- Curious, resilient, and motivated by ownership and impact.
- Native‑level fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in another European language strongly preferred.
AI Competency Baseline
Expectation: familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude AI and Notion AI to accelerate daily work. As a senior commercial leader, evaluate, adopt, and responsibly use AI solutions to improve decision‑making, forecasting accuracy, and sales effectiveness.
