Vitae Financial Recruitment in Stevenage is looking for an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their finance leadership team. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 – £100,000 plus an £8,000 car allowance and a bonus of circa 20-25%.
The successful candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, influencing strategic decisions and driving business growth. You will mentor a high-performing FP&A team while having significant exposure to senior leadership and a clear path to Finance Director.
