Position

Project Manager – Senior Consultant (12 months) in London, hybrid 2-3 days onsite, IR35 PAYE umbrella contract.

Summary

As a Project Manager, you will drive the success of a client’s R&D Managed Service, ensuring seamless delivery of critical initiatives that support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Apply experience in highly regulated environments to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Amplify.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Provide regular progress updates and effectively communicate project status to key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Desired Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry.
  • Strong background in consulting, with a proven track record of delivering projects for clients.
  • Expertise in Agile project management methodologies and an ability to adapt to client needs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, including Smartsheet and Amplify.
  • Claude AI experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to translate complex information into actionable plans.
  • A team‑oriented mindset and ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
  • A passion for driving change and delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Information

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship will not be provided now or in the future. This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity via an umbrella company.
