Position

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑orientated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering digital campaigns, supporting brand activity, and helping us continuously improve performance across channels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build hands‑on experience across multiple digital channels while taking real ownership of day‑to‑day marketing execution.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider team, including the Digital Marketing Lead, Brand Manager, Creative Lead, and Content Creator.

This role offers a clear pathway for development, with opportunities to take on greater ownership of campaigns and channels over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, publish, and manage social media content across platforms
  • Track and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, including reporting on performance
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the website by updating content, asset uploads, and basic checks for accuracy and usability
  • Support campaign planning and execution, including preparing marketing assets and partner toolkits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

Essential Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and channels
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and comfortable using digital tools and platforms
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and campaign performance metrics
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders

Desirable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing asset management or brand guidelines
  • Experience with email marketing platforms or CMS tools
  • A passion for music and technology
  • An interest in understanding what drives performance and a willingness to use data to improve results
