Paralegal to Trainee Solicitor — Corporate, Commercial & IP

Berry Smith LLP is looking for a Paralegal to join their Corporate, Commercial and Intellectual Property teams, starting September 2026. The role involves undertaking paralegal tasks for 6–12 months with the potential to progress towards a trainee solicitor position. Candidates should have a strong commercial awareness and an interest in corporate law, along with a 2:1 law degree or higher.
