Community Support Worker – Empower Independence & Care

West Northamptonshire Council is looking for a Community Support Worker to provide exceptional support to adults with mental health issues and learning disabilities. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and helping individuals maintain independence. You will work as part of a team, managing a small caseload and contributing to care planning. The ideal candidate should possess NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
