Senior Care Lead – Dementia Care Home

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia in Walthamstow is seeking an experienced Senior Carer to manage staff and oversee the care home. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organisational skills, and experience working with older adults with dementia.

You will be responsible for managing medications, writing care plans, and keeping families informed about residents’ progress. The role requires at least QCF (NVQ) in HSC level 3 and experience in a residential setting.
