Role

Children’s Support Worker (Orchard Court)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day holistic support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Build trust, encourage positive routines, and help each child develop confidence and life skills
  • Work mornings, afternoons and alternate weekends; long shifts may be available once settled
  • Support children following the eight intrinsic principles and assist in maintaining independence and quality of life
