New Appointments Group is seeking a Production Operative in Aylesford for a full-time permanent position on day shifts. The successful candidate will join a busy manufacturing team focused on moulding and assembly processes.

Your role will include running production processes, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to the team’s efficiency. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, and familiarity with assembly machinery is advantageous.
