Grow Engineering is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated people to join our fabrication and welding team. We work to tight deadlines, produce high‑quality steel products, and value people who take pride in their work.

Fabricator Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Able to work to deadlines with a high standard of accuracy

We’re looking for people who understands fabrication workflow, can problem‑solve on the job, and delivers consistent, quality work.

Welder Requirements

• Ideally 1 years’ welding experience (MIG/TIG), however training will be given to the right candidate that shows a desire to work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain good workmanship
