• Follow and promote safe work practices.
• Report all hazards, unsafe acts, and conditions immediately to your manager.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and always follow health and safety protocols.
• Wear proper PPE as required.
• Ability to work in a very physically active role.
• Have pride in their work and a desire to get it right the first time.
• Provide ad hoc support to the factory teams when required.
• Participate and submit new and improved work methods in alignment with the Suggested Method Improvement program.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Strong decision-making skills
• Train other members of staff when required.
