Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their established HR team and support the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to advertise vacancies and ensure roles are positioned effectively
- Create and refine screening questions to support candidate selection
- Conduct initial screening calls and manage CV shortlisting
- Draft and issue employment contracts and offer documentation
- Provide administrative support within Employee Relations, including note-taking in meetings
- Carry out welfare calls to support employee wellbeing
- Review and update job description templates to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Manage candidate communications, including sending rejection feedback
- Ensure roles are benchmarked with appropriate and competitive salary levels
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within HR or recruitment and onboarding.
