Hybrid HR & ER Advisor | Policy, Compliance & Mediation

Orchard Employment Law, located in Rochester, is searching for a full-time HR and ER Advisor to guide clients on Human Resources and Employment Law matters. In this hybrid role, you will draft policies, manage employee relations, and provide timely advice while supporting dispute resolutions.
