Administrator – Halesowen, UK
This full‑time, permanent position is offered by RSK Group, a UK‑based consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.
- Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, shared inboxes, and enquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes such as holiday requests, reports, and document control.
- Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, inductions, and office supplies.
- Assist with document preparation, including printing, scanning, formatting, and obtaining signatures.
- Support basic system administration and data management tasks as required.
- Organise and coordinate general office requirements such as lunch orders and parking permits.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and assist with general office coordination tasks.
- Provide flexible support across the team, responding to ad‑hoc administrative requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
