Overview

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will support our Executive Team. The role involves managing diaries, scheduling all meetings, handling appointments, and general personal administration. It requires strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills, exceptional organisational abilities, keen eye for detail, a can‑do attitude, willingness to learn, and a calm, level‑headed manner.

Location: 4 days per week at our North Acton office, remaining day Work From Home.

This is a 12‑month maternity cover role; candidates must be comfortable with this arrangement.

What You Will Do

  • Extensively manage diaries and agendas across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Provide background information on all meetings, ensuring the Executives are briefed ahead of time.
  • Support the production of presentations and papers.
  • Help plan and organise company events, including team strategy days and company‑wide social events.
  • Own distribution lists for teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the PA team and support management of the Founders’ schedule.
  • Manage travel and expenses, including international travel.
  • Assist with general administration and keep projects on track.

  • Solid experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Strong calendar and time‑management skills.
  • High level of organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and complete them accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Mail Merges, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility in approach and strong teamwork.
  • Strong communicator able to influence at all levels with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Solution‑oriented problem solver.
  • Fantastic attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Conscientious, reliable, and able to multitask.
