We are seeking a motivated and professional Examinations Support Officer to join our Examinations team. Reporting to the Senior Examinations Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality services aligned with NOCN’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the examinations process from start to finish.
  • Format and prepare exam materials.
  • Track bookings, scripts, and results.
  • Process reasonable adjustments and support malpractice procedures.
  • Manage remote invigilation and exam records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Liaise with teams, centres, and external partners.
  • Help improve exam processes and systems.

About You

  • Strong administration and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Customer‑focused and adaptable.
  • Experience formatting documents.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Experience in exams, invigilation, or regulated environments is desirable.
