Role Overview
As a Legal Intern at PeepalCo, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting a fast‑paced legal team in the wealth‑tech space. This position is ideal for candidates who want to learn about legal operations within fintech, particularly Web3 and data privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, lease documents, and real estate agreements
- Conduct legal research and updates on crypto regulations, SEBI guidelines, and Web3 developments
- Contribute to data privacy policy implementation
- Address legal queries related to new product launches through detailed research
- Prepare legal correspondence and case summaries
- Assist in developing training materials and documentation
- Manage general clerical and legal operations including file management, record keeping, and document filing
