Service Coordinator – Wimbledon

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service enquiries and service requests.
  • Schedule engineer visits for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Coordinate engineer diaries to maximise efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding spare parts and equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction

Personal Requirements

  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administration.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer focused.

Salary
