Who you’ll be supporting & about the role

We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in West Bridgford, Nottingham. We support 13 people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We are fun and easy going, with varied interests including cooking and baking, shopping for groceries, travel and holidays, watching movies and sports, arts and crafts, community activities, and garden centres. The role involves helping people to achieve aspirational goals and become more independent, enabling them to make daily choices.

For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
