Pastoral Lead: Student Wellbeing & Behaviour

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Pastoral Lead at their secondary school in Colchester, Essex. The role involves supporting students aged 11-16 facing behavioural, emotional, or attendance challenges in a positive school environment.

The ideal candidate will provide support, build relationships with vulnerable students and their families, and work closely with various school teams. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a pay of £100-130 daily.
