Field Housing Liaison & Resident Relations Specialist

The Guinness Partnership is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer based in Greater London. This full-time role involves being the face of Guinness, providing essential services to residents in Shepherd’s Bush, Fulham, Hammersmith, and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, work self-motivatedly, and effectively resolve issues while building strong relationships in the community. Previous experience in housing or the property sector is preferred.
