Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a Reservations Coordinator for the Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5. In this role, you will manage daily reservation activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in booking handling.
You will support occupancy and revenue targets, handle guest enquiries professionally, and coordinate with various departments. Strong experience in hotel reservations and knowledge of PMS systems, particularly Opera, is required.
