Inspector – Lean Production / Pull System
Location: Poole
Salary: C£30,420
Hours: Flexible working hours 4 or 5 days a week between the hours of 7am – 5pm
Hawk 3 are recruiting for an Inspector to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Poole.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working closely with production and supply chain teams to help keep everything running smoothly – identifying issues early, supporting quality standards, and making sure products are right the first time.
Your day‑to‑day will include
- Checking materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance
- Logging inspection results and working with internal systems
- Spotting and resolving issues before they impact production or delivery
- Supporting production teams to keep things moving efficiently
- Getting involved in problem‑solving and continuous improvement activity
What we’re looking for
- A keen eye for detail and a quality‑first mindset
- Experience in manufacturing or inspection (helpful but not essential)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy, hands‑on environment
