Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Mars to help provide exceptional customer service; assist customers with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent shopping experience is key to our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and offer 360 assistance with orders, returns, and general product information.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections and services.
  • Resolve queries and ensure solutions are provided in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Ensure all customer feedback and work with internal teams to flag any feedback for quality improvement.
  • Work closely with the internal team to offer insight to customers where applicable and ensure a seamless customer experience, 50% discount on all Mars The Label products.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • An agile problem-solver; able to quickly identify and rectify problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Able to quickly learn product and service knowledge.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Able to handle complaints and defuse conflicts, turning negative situations into positive outcomes.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • An interest in fashion is a plus.
