We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Mars to help provide exceptional customer service; assist customers with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent shopping experience is key to our brand.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and offer 360 assistance with orders, returns, and general product information.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections and services.
- Resolve queries and ensure solutions are provided in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Ensure all customer feedback and work with internal teams to flag any feedback for quality improvement.
- Work closely with the internal team to offer insight to customers where applicable and ensure a seamless customer experience, 50% discount on all Mars The Label products.
