SEMH Intervention Support Assistant — Location: Slough — Salary: £89 – £95 per day — Start Date: ASAP / January — Contract: Full-time, long-term. Academics are supporting a proactive primary school in Slough seeking an SEMH Intervention Support Assistant to deliver targeted emotional and behavioural interventions. Responsibilities

• Running structured SEMH interventions and small-group activities
• Providing 1:1 mentoring for children with emotional needs
• Monitoring pupil progress and implementing agreed strategies
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SEMH specialists
• Supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience
