We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our friendly, community-focused pub in the heart of St Margaret’s.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both regulars and new guests.

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

• Supporting the overall operation of the pub
• Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Managing shifts and ensuring smooth service
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
• Supporting stock control, ordering, and compliance procedures
• Helping drive sales and community engagement initiatives
• Passionate about marketing and creating engaging social media content
• Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation
