Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight

Hours: Rotating dayshift 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm weekly

Days: Monday – Friday

Duration: Immediate start on an ongoing basis during busy peak

Duties

• Operation of vibrating and sandblasting machinery
• May also involve operation of power tools
• Control of materials and recycling of waste
• Working to technical specifications, quality standards and health & safety regulations

Experience and Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience and a good awareness of health and safety
• Physically fit, able to undertake manual handling tasks
• Can work well to instructions and as part of a team
• Flexible with working hours and have good attention to detail

Salary

£13.84 per hour worked, rates increase after 12 weeks
