Resource Provision Support Assistant

Working hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm. The position is long‑term with an immediate start date.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis.
• Working with them academically and through activities to improve their development and learning.
• Providing additional support for toileting and personal care (all support staff are required to cover this).
• Working with students who may exhibit challenging behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working within schools, preferably as a Learning Support Assistant.
• Background in providing personal care for adults or children.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Patience and a calm demeanour at all times.
• Flexibility.
• Sound knowledge of English, Maths & Science.
