Resource Provision Support Assistant
Working hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm. The position is long‑term with an immediate start date.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis.
- Working with them academically and through activities to improve their development and learning.
- Providing additional support for toileting and personal care (all support staff are required to cover this).
- Working with students who may exhibit challenging behaviour.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working within schools, preferably as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Background in providing personal care for adults or children.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Patience and a calm demeanour at all times.
- Flexibility.
- Sound knowledge of English, Maths & Science.
