Salary: £13.67 per hour
Hours: Bank – 0 hour contract
Shift Times: Days 07:45 – 20:15, Nights 20:00 – 08:00
Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person to promote physical and emotional support to our service users in a residential care setting. The role focuses on person‑centred care and maintaining a supportive, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
